Refund Policy

14-Day Refund Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your 0spec subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of any charge. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

All payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit the Paddle buyer portal (accessible via the link in your purchase confirmation email).
  2. Alternatively, email [email protected] and we will process it for you.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made.
  • Your account reverts to the Free plan after the billing period ends.

Paddle Buyer Terms

Your purchase is subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms, which include additional rights such as statutory withdrawal rights for EU/EEA/UK consumers.
