2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using 0spec you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Description of Service

4. Accounts

To access paid features you must create an account via Google OAuth or device activation. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

  • Free — no charge, limited concurrency and features.
  • Solo — $19/month.
  • Pro — $100/month.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via our merchant of record, Paddle. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Your purchase is subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of a charge — see our Refund Policy for details.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter). Your use of those providers is subject to their own terms. 0spec is not responsible for third-party service availability or conduct.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 0spec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
